Sanjay is one of the founding Directors of Avenir a young management consulting firm with focus on sustainable growth. He has more than 12 years of consulting experience working with large as well as medium sized organizations across the world. His clients include Philips NV, Netherlands; Philips Mobile Display System, Hong Kong; Altana Pharma (Now Nicomed), Germany; Dynegy, USA; United Phosphorus; Asian Paints; Infrastructure Development and Finance Company Limited; Gujarat Gas, Bharat Petroleum Corporation, Homex Mexico, Tata Steel, Godrej group, where he was involved in leadership and strategic interventions.
Sanjay has been associated with Theory of Constraints (TOC) based consulting for the last five years and has worked personally with Dr. Eli Goldratt in expanding the TOC knowledge base in the areas of marketing and sales. Sanjay has lead many TOC projects in India and abroad. Sanjay was directly involved in implementing TOC in Steel, Pharma, Real Estate, Cements, Consumer Products, Industrial Chemicals and Engineering Companies.
Before starting Avenir, Sanjay worked with an international strategy consulting firm and was a key member of its Europe and Asian operations. Sanjay has facilitated the leadership team of many large companies in developing their long term Business Strategy.
Sanjay has presented a number of papers in the various international forums of Theory of Constraints.
Sanjay has received his degree in Mechnical Engineering from Nagpur University and completed his post graduation in management from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.
