Arcelor Mittal Dhamm front after starting our engagement from 9th January 2010, they have almost doubled their sales per month. Before the engagement started the highest sales in a month made by them was about 4.1 crores in December 2009. After implementation of TOC Made To Order, Simplified Drum-Buffer-Rope Solution together with Full-Kit they have made a sales of more than 7.5 crores in the month of March 2010 which is almost double their earlier highest sales.

Arcelor Mittal Dhamm Processing Pvt. Ltd. (AMD) is a joint venture between Arcelor Mittal and Dhamm Steel of Mumbai having started operations just a year back. The company is primarily in the business of fabrication of steel and supplying customised made to order steel parts to a variety of companies in India. The manufacturing facilities are located at Ranipet, near Chennai.

Avenir makes a foray into Latin America: Avenir has recently set up an office in Culiacan, Mexico. It is headed by Mr. Luis Bernal, Senior Consultant. Avenir has been working with a client, HOMEX, in Mexico. Avenir aspires to multiply profits of Latin American companies through TOC methodology and spread the TOC philosophy. Significant amount of interest have been demonstrated by different companies, across Mexico, within a month of operation.

Avenir partners TRL in its growth journey: Avenir has initiated a large consulting engagement with Tata Refractories Limited (TRL), a leading player in refractory business. The engagement will go on for several months and is designed towards achieving an order of magnitude growth in TRL business results. Avenir will be actively using the cutting edge management philosophy of Theory of Constraints to propel TRL onwards on this ambitious journey.
