Mr. Saurav Sarda

Saurav has been associated with Avenir since 2008 and is currently implementing TOC in 3 organizations with the mandate of delivering significant increase in the bottom-line within a short span.  He brings a very fresh perspective to the table being unencumbered with ‘legacy’ experience.

Saurav has been hugely inspired by Dr. Goldratt’s Theory of Constraints and aims to significantly contribute to the TOC revolution sweeping across the world. His interests lie in both the manufacturing and sales aspects of the TOC solution(s). Over the years, he has gained conviction and transmits the confidence to the clients in their journey of change.

Before being bitten by the TOC bug, he was working in the Oil Exploration & Production division of one of India’s largest business houses.

He is an alumnus of Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow and an Industrial Engineer from Visveswaraiah Technological University, Karnataka.  He is also a certified Practitioner in Supply Chain & Logistics since Nov 2008.
